Financial Planning Associate

Location: Wayne, PA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 + Bonus and Benefits

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Financial Planning Associate to join the Wayne, PA office. This role provides broad exposure to financial planning and investment management with strong opportunities for long-term growth. The position is support-focused (no direct client advisement) but offers a clear career track into advisory.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior advisors in delivering high-quality client service, including onboarding new assets.
• Assist in building financial plans, preparing meeting materials, and handling back-office support.
• Prepare investment policy statements and asset allocation reports.
• Communicate with clients, accountants, and attorneys both verbally and in writing.
• Participate in client meetings alongside lead advisors.
• Review and interpret investment allocation and trading reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, or Economics.
• 1–3 years of financial planning or client service experience (internships considered).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
• Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 65 within the first 12 months (sponsored).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce, eMoney, Tamarac/Envestnet, or Holistiplan.
• Familiarity with custodians such as Schwab and Fidelity.
