The upbeat Scheduling Coordinator we’re looking to add to our team is a positive people leader who refuses to settle for good enough. When planning and prioritizing you’re the definition of efficiency. You may be an impatient Scheduling Coordinator , but nothing slips through the cracks when it comes to coordinating client schedules with caregivers all with outstanding customer service. Scheduling Coordinator Essential Duties:

  • Provide weekly confirmation of client schedules for billing and invoicing
  • Provide weekly confirmation of caregiver worked schedules for payroll
  • Provide consultation for assigned caregivers regarding the client caregivers regarding the client care plan and specific needs of clients
  • Receive and process client/caregiver issues and concerns as it pertains to the quality of care being provided by Visiting Angels
  • Provide 'On Call' duties for after hours needs - rotating schedule with other office personnel

Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Effective time management
  • Intermediate computer skills – use of technology solutions for all aspects of the role
  • Innovative and creative in finding solutions and resolving challenges
  • Teamwork oriented
