We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial CPA who can lead with both expertise and business development savvy .
What You’ll Do
Build and lead our in-house accounting & tax service line
Sell and grow the practice—cross-sell to existing wealth & retirement clients
Deliver high-value tax prep, planning & consulting for HNW clients
Partner with advisors to offer fully integrated financial solutions
Own strategy, pricing, service packages, and client experience
What You Bring
~ Active CPA license
~3+ years in public accounting (tax planning, client-facing roles)
~ Strong communicator with sales instincts and relationship skills
~ Bonus: Experience working with individuals, business owners, or in advisory firms.
~ Bonus: Book of business and experience selling and signing clients.
