About Odd Muse:

Odd Muse is a London-born fashion brand known for timeless tailoring and elevated wardrobe staples. With our growing global community, we're excited to be expanding our operations within our Soho, New York store by building a small warehouse and fulfillment hub in the stockroom.

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Stock & Packing Assistant to support our online order fulfilment and stockroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack online orders accurately and with care, ensuring every parcel reflects the Odd Muse brand
• Accept and process customer returns
• Monitor stock levels and help keep the stockroom organised and tidy
• Support the team with stock replenishment from the back room to the shop floor
• Help prepare the store for daily operations and assist during busier periods
• Communicate with the team to ensure orders are sent out on time

Who We’re Looking For:

• Organised and detail-oriented, with a good eye for presentation
• Comfortable working independently and staying on top of tasks
• Physically able to move stock and stand for periods of time
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Previous retail or stockroom experience is a bonus—but not essential
• Enthusiastic about fashion and happy to be part of a growing brand
