Anesthesiologist Opportunity | Join Onvida Health in Southwest Arizona!

Onvida Health is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative, physician-driven anesthesia practice. This opportunity offers a well-balanced case mix, primarily focused on “bread-and-butter” anesthesia with healthy pediatric cases and no cardiac or neuro responsibilities.

The position supports a diverse clinical environment across the main hospital, outpatient surgery center, and endoscopy suites, utilizing Epic as the EMR and offering a technologically advanced setting with robotic surgery.

Physicians enjoy true clinical autonomy, managing 100% of their own cases in a hands-on environment that values independence, engagement, and high-quality patient care.

• Hospital-employed, full-time position
• Guaranteed base salary with ASA-based compensation and quality incentive (5% of base)
