Job Description

A top national General Contractor with a stellar reputation for delivering a diverse range of construction projects nationwide. Project portfolio spans across various sectors, including Data Center, Cold Storage, Food & Bev, Advanced Manufacturing and other high valued industrial or complex commercial project types. Currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project meetings with design, construction and commissioning firms
• Manage budgets and schedules
• Feasibility studies and cash flow management
• On site management of data center projects
• Interaction with power and fiber companies
• Executive level reporting
• Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity
• Interface with T5 operations team
• Business development

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor, and a strong background in managing both small and large scale projects from discovery and design to development and implementation.
• Project Size: Proven success in managing multiple projects with values ranging from $5 million to $100 million or more. Preferably in the Data Center, Mission Critical, or Advanced Manufacturing space.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and address challenges as they arise during projects.
• Communication: Effective communication skills and the ability to build and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Technology: Proficiency in construction-related software and technology, as well as Microsoft Office. Experience with CMiC, Procore is a plus.
