Position Requirements

Background Check
Current AZ Driver’s License
CPR, CNA, AED, etc
Drug-testing
Valid Driver License
Reliable vehicle for transportation
Smartphone

Client Care Requirements

Possess the physical abilities, including lifting, to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions
Ambulation assistance
Assist with Dressing
Turning, repositioning, and transferring clients from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bed
Incontinence care and Toileting assistance
Medication reminders only
Monitor client’s conditions and providing updates to healthcare team
Assist with supervision and maintaining client safety
Transport clients to appointments, errands, etc

Experience: 1 year of experience. Nursing and CNA students are encouraged to apply!

Salary: From $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
