Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is hiring a Regulatory & Medical Affairs - Project Manager for a 6+ months contracting assignment.

Must have skills:

• 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry)
• Strong understanding of medical affairs functions, US healthcare environment, and regulatory requirements
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $92-93/hour W2

Location: Princeton NJ

Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager will support the Cardiovascular portfolio, driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across cross-functional teams
• Facilitating Medical Governance ensuring key communication points and actions items are captured and disseminated
• Proactive follow-up on action items and key next step
• Awareness of study performance, identifying risks or barriers, and partnering with stakeholders
• Partnering with Finance to facilitate budget processes, including annual planning, monthly projections, accruals, and variance analysis
• Building relationships with key stakeholders to influence strategic alignment on medical objectives
• Facilitating leadership requests, including those related to finance, priority studies, strategic decisions, and other high-impact initiatives by ensuring timely coordination and completion of these tasks
