Employment Law Attorney | New York, NY
A leading plaintiff-side employment law firm in New York City is seeking a passionate and experienced Employment Law Attorney to represent workers in complex workplace rights cases. This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities for impact litigation and client advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a full caseload of employment matters from intake through resolution or trial.
- Conduct client interviews, legal research, and case evaluation.
- Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for employee rights.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience in employment law.
- Strong knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, NYSHRL, and NYCHRL.
- Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Passion for advancing civil rights and workplace equity.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidat e.
