Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after endoscopic procedures in a dynamic procedural setting.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Prioritize and coordinate optimum daily patient flow and experience within the Endoscopy unit.
• Act as a patient advocate and educational resource, ensuring patients and families understand procedures and post-procedural care.
• Maintain strict safety standards, sterile technique, and accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policy.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Registered Nurse (RN), RN Endoscopy, GI Lab, Procedural Nursing, RN Acute Care, BLS .
• Licensure: Active RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
• Experience: Previous RN experience in Endoscopy, GI Lab, or a similar procedural area is highly preferred.
• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's in Nursing preferred.
• Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills are essential.
