Job Title: Infrastructure & Systems Engineer
Location: Westlake, TX (Onsite only)
Experience: 6 -10 years
Overview:
The Infrastructure & Systems Engineer supports enterprise infrastructure, systems, networking, and call center platforms across U.S. and Canada operations. This role provides Tier 2 3 support, manages core systems and vendors, supports regulated environments, and partners with Global HQ on network and security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 3 support for Windows servers, virtualization (Nutanix), backups (Veeam), and infrastructure services
- Support network operations (switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, cabling, IPs) with escalation to HQ as needed
- Administer Nextiva / 9Five call center systems (routing, queues, IVR, agents, analytics, troubleshooting)
- Image, deploy, and manage endpoints using KACE; maintain asset inventory
- Support Sales, office, warehouse, R&D, manufacturing, and remote users
- Manage IT purchasing, vendors, renewals, SLAs, and cost documentation
- Support identity and security tools (Okta, SSO, MFA, endpoint protection)
- Participate in CSV, compliance, audits, and documentation (GxP/FDA/ITIL)
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, monitoring, and capacity planning
Required Skills:
- Windows Server, Nutanix (or similar), Veeam
- Networking fundamentals (switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi)
- Nextiva or 9Five call center administration
- Google Workspace, AWS fundamentals, AI tools (Gemini)
- Strong documentation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
