Dri Tech is looking for an experienced Project Manager for Roofing & Architectural Sheet Metal to join our commercial construction office team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects safely, on time, and within budget to ensure financial goals. Proactively communicates with a focus on removing roadblocks and offering solutions, while cultivating and maintaining positive trusting working relationships both internally and externally with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects, timelines, budgets, and ensuring completion of projects within the estimated budget and time frame provided to meet financial goals.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that may prevent project delays and work to resolve issues to ensure project timelines are progressing towards completion.
• Working onsite and visiting regular job sites as required.
• Creating, cultivating, and maintaining positive relationships with customers, key vendors, and co-workers.
• Tracking, logging, and analyzing data, contractors, and costs. This position also involves using different software like ProContractor, Procore, Edge and AutoCAD
• Creating Shop Drawings for Architectural Systems using AutoCAD.
• Oversee all project communications, including RFIs, submittals/Shops, invoices, change orders, punchlists, pay applications and construction-related documentation.

Skills/Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years related experience as a Project/Construction Manager in commercial construction industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School Diploma/GED required.
• History/knowledge working on Architectural systems, Metal Wall Panel Systems, ACM/MCM Panels & Exterior Finishes
• Proven ability to read and interpret shop and design drawings.
• Proven ability to manage large multiple commercial and industrial projects.
• Proficient in MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook Smartsheet, AutoCAD. Experience with ProContractor, Edge, Smartsheet & Procore a plus.
• Effective verbal and listening communication and seek to understand.
• Manages time effectively for achieving desired results.
• Basic understanding of financials and cash flow management.
• Possess OSHA 30 Certificate.
• Attention to detail with proven history of accuracy, documentation and tracking processes.
• Motivated by positive relationships and sense of team.
• Embraces challenging and difficult design opportunities.
• Creative and collaborative problem-solving.
