About Us :
Phillips Brothers Acquisitions is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta, GA. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. At the moment, we are doing around $25 million in revenue per year. We are currently a close-knit team of 9 people. We have a GREAT work environment, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees.
Job Description:
We’re on the hunt for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant who’s ready to jump into a fun, fast-paced real estate environment and grow with our operations team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day office flow—taking charge of paying utility bills, handling accurate data entry, sorting and managing incoming mail, keeping the office stocked, and supporting the operations team. It’s the perfect position for someone who loves structure, thrives on getting things done, and wants to be part of a team that’s building something exciting. You’ll have a front-row seat to how a real estate investment company operates—and plenty of opportunity to grow as we grow. This role has the opportunity for a career track to move up within the operations team quickly.
Pay : $15-18/hour
