Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards ERP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne v9.2 Manufacturing applications.
• The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of manufacturing business processes and JDE functionality, with proven experience driving ERP implementations from requirements gathering through to training and post-go-live support.
• This role requires strong functional skills, the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams, and excellent communication and documentation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional workstream for JD Edwards Manufacturing applications (v9.2).
• Partner with business users, technical teams, project stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practice solutions within JDE v9.2.
• Design and document functional and technical specifications for configuration and enhancements.
• Execute application set-ups and configurations aligned with business requirements.
• Lead and support system and integration testing, including test script development and execution.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and supporting documentation (user guides, SOPs, quick reference guides).
• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing business processes are optimized and aligned with system capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (v9.2 preferred) implementation and support experience.
• Strong functional expertise in JDE Manufacturing applications (e.g., Work Orders, Shop Floor, Bills of Material, Routings, Product Data Management, Inventory, Scheduling, etc.).
• Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes and industry best practices.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations or upgrades, particularly in the manufacturing domain.
• Strong ability to create functional/technical design documentation, conduct fit/gap analysis, and deliver clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with related JDE modules such as Procurement, Inventory Management, or Finance (a plus).
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of integration points with other enterprise systems.
• JD Edwards certifications or other ERP credentials (preferred).
