JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing all recruitment operations across Always Compassionate Health's 17-county service area in New York. This role manages Recruiter Managers who lead teams of recruiters focused on hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and licensed clinical professionals such as Physical Therapists, Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and more.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director will develop and lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning, pipeline development, and compliance to ensure a steady flow of qualified caregivers and clinicians to meet growing patient needs.
