Facilitator – Leaders Forum
Location: Onsite at Irvine Campus / Occasional Virtual Sessions
Duration: 3 onsite sessions (3 days each), 2 virtual sessions over 4 months
Dates: Sessions will run from April to August 2026. Preplanning will include reviewing content, providing suggestions, familiarizing with the organization, and finalizing the content and training schedule.
Hours: TBD; position is expected to be part-time.
Travel: Expenses will be reimbursed.

Facilitators will be engaged on a contract or part-time basis for each retreat cycle. Availability for pre-event prep, onsite facilitation (typically 2–4 days), and brief post-retreat integration is required.
Eligibility Requirements:
As a contractor, you will be paid for the time you work; this does not include paid time off (PTO) or holidays. If you participate in our Payroll Services (W2) engagement, you may be eligible for Paid Sick Leave (PSL), depending on your work location and state-specific regulations.
