We are looking for part-time Physical, Speech & Occupational Therapists to join our growing Early Intervention team in Hampton Roads & Richmond, Virginia!

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for helping children, that is committed, has a positive personality, and can be flexible to the needs of each client. This position will allow candidates the opportunity to have a flexible position and take on cases around another full time job or to just work part time or grow into a full time position on our Early Intervention team at ATG!

We place a strong emphasis on collaborating with other professionals and parent education. Candidates should be independent, dynamic, creative, organized, flexible, and energetic team players with a thirst for knowledge and desire to continue to develop clinical skills. Position involves working with children and families in the early intervention setting using a coaching model.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care through assessment and treatment of needs in early intervention settings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including discharge planning and follow-up.
• Educate patients and families on treatment processes and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license for specialty (PT, SLP, OT)
