Salary: 100K - 120K
Location: This role is based onsite in our Houston HQ, where the spirit of adventure is part of our daily routine. We’re looking for candidates who are local or willing to relocate (with assistance provided) to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
● Own all aspects of production, from pre-production through post. Lead the coordination
of content shoots (photo, video, social, commercial) for brand campaigns, product
launches, ambassador content, and seasonal initiatives.
● Build, manage, and reconcile production budgets. Provide transparency and cost
reporting and forecasts across internal and external productions. Identify cost-saving
opportunities without sacrificing creative integrity.
● Source, vet, and manage turnkey production partners, freelancers, directors, editors, and
crew. Negotiate scopes, contracts, and deliverables while maintaining high standards for
creative execution.
● Oversee internal production resources and workflows when producing content in-house.
Coordinate shoots, manage timelines, source gear/locations, and ensure smooth
logistics.
● Translate creative concepts into executable production plans with clear timelines, roles,
and budgets.
● Maintain our annual production schedule that tracks all active and upcoming shoots, edit
cycles, and content delivery deadlines.
● Anticipate challenges and resolve issues in real time—on set, in post, and across
stakeholder communication.
● Keep things moving.
Skills and Experience
● 6+ years experience as a producer or line producer at an advertising, in-house, or
production agency.
● Proven ability to manage multiple productions across several formats (brand, social,
ecomm, docu-style, etc.)
● Strong understanding of production timelines, contracts, licensing, and rights
management.
● Established network of vendors, freelancers, and production partners
● Cool under pressure, thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
