About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for a portfolio of commercial properties in the Worcester, MA area. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can ensure properties operate efficiently, remain fully leased, and meet ownership objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and local regulations.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects with vendors and contractors.
• Develop and monitor annual property budgets, track expenses, and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for ownership.
• Oversee lease administration, including renewals, rent collections, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met.
• Market available spaces, work with brokers, and assist in tenant build-out coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and building regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience (office, retail, or mixed-use preferred).
• Knowledge of lease administration, budgeting, and commercial real estate operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
• Ability to handle multiple properties and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
