Job Description
The CFO/VP of Finance non profit healthcare will be responsible for day-to-day financial management, including overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing financial statements, conducting budget analysis, journal entries, bank recs. Work with outside CPA firm on Audits and Taxes.
The CFO/VP of Finance will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Qualifications * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management * Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis * Proficiency in financial software and systems * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail * Ability to communicate financial information effectively
Responsible for financial management and reporting work with Medicaid Responsible for strategic financial planning, forecasting, and financial analysis, Audit & Ethics, Compensation, Executive, Finance and Investment Committees)Handles proprietary and confidential information and requires confidentiality in these matters.Present to Board or management in a clear and concise manner and serve as a resource to Senior management, acting as an extension of the management team. Present financial report analysis to Executive Staff and/or Boards.Including board material preparation oversight. Actively engage organizationally. Attend required and voluntary events, seek interactions with those outside of service area.
BA Accounting CPA a plus
