* 8-10 years Sales experience in the IT Industry (consulting, staffing, or technology solutions)
* Proven track record of opening new accounts and generating multi-million dollar revenue
* Able to identify, develop and acquire new sales channels building C-level relationships
* Strong knowledge of the IT Industry (consulting, staffing or technology solutions)
* Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Marketing or related field)
* must have exceptional communication skills and presentation skills
* able to negotiate contracts and pricing to close profitable deals
* knows the Houston IT Marketplace (strong advantage)
* Hybrid work environment, travel as needed
* Attend networking events, industry conferences, etc. to generate leads
* relocation assistance to Houston will not be provided
* primarily Texas focused for new sales growth
Base salary $100-$120K based on experience, plus 10% commission uncapped. Plus performance bonuses and incentives.
