Associate Investment Advisor | Westport
A long-established Multi-Family Office in Westport seeks an investment-focused, client-facing advisor with an entrepreneurial spirit to help the firm grow, including long-term equity potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, in conjunction with the firm’s senior advisors
• Regularly interfacing with HNW clients in a proactive manner, solving client issues and
handling requests promptly and professionally
• Responding to client inquiries on a wide variety of topics related to the firm’s services, and
identifying when to include additional team members where appropriate
• Gathering relevant client information comprehensively, both for suitability purposes as well
as identifying opportunities to gain firm wallet share and drive referrals
• Providing support in growth initiatives, from further developing our marketing strategy to
building a strong rapport with current and potential clients
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment advisory or wealth management
• Strong investment knowledge and analytical foundation
• Series 65 or 66 preferred
