This is a fully remote role outside of court appearances. You must live in Kansas and MUST BE admitted to practice law in Maryland.

This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.
You will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court.
