Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South Plainfield, NJ for a Manager at SafeSplash Swim Schools. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the quality and professionalism of swim instruction, and managing the staff including instructors. Responsibilities also include maintaining the facility, coordinating with parents and students, implementing the curriculum, scheduling classes, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. The Manager will develop and maintain a positive learning environment and handle administrative tasks associated with the role.

Qualifications

Leadership, team management, and staff supervision skills
Knowledge of swim instruction and experience in implementing swim curriculums
Customer service and communication skills
Administrative and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in South Plainfield, NJ
Experience in facility management and operations
Experience in a similar role is a plus
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in related fields is an advantage
