Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Santa Clara, CA. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing expense reports, assisting with communication tasks, and ensuring efficient executive support. Additional daily tasks include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records and documents.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
• Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and general Administrative Assistance
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Santa Clara, CA
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is beneficial
