We're growing our team and looking for an experienced and innovative Affiliate and Community Marketing Manager who is ready to take our affiliate program to the next level while building authentic, lasting connections with niche fragrance communities and creators.

About the Role

As the Affiliate and Community Marketing Manager, you will lead Europerfumes’ affiliate marketing strategy and execution, cultivating partnerships with creators and influencers who align with our brand vision. You will also develop and manage community-driven marketing initiatives, ensuring our customers and partners feel informed, inspired, and engaged.

This is a key role that blends performance marketing expertise with relationship-building and community storytelling. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, brand, and sales teams to support growth across our portfolio of luxury fragrance brands.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Strategy & Management

• Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with Europerfumes’ growth goals
• Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate programs across all platforms
• Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with top-performing affiliates, publishers, and content creators in the fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle verticals
• Launch affiliate-specific campaigns and incentives to drive conversions and loyalty
• Monitor performance KPIs, optimize spend, and report on ROI

Community & Influencer Engagement

• Collaborate with the influencer and content teams to bridge affiliate marketing with brand storytelling and community engagement
• Build relationships with micro and macro influencers, niche fragrance reviewers, and community leaders to amplify our brand presence
• Launch community-based initiatives (e.g., ambassador programs, sampling partnerships, forums) that foster brand advocacy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with e-commerce, merchandising, and creative teams to align messaging, promotions, and customer experience
• Share affiliate and community insights to inform broader brand and campaign strategies

Team & Agency Oversight

• Manage agency partners and internal support resources to ensure seamless execution
• Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members (as applicable)

Reporting & Optimization

• Analyze campaign data and partner performance to inform optimizations
• Own affiliate and community marketing budget, forecasting, and reporting
• Present key learnings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within e-commerce, luxury, or beauty sectors
• Strong relationships with top affiliate platforms
• Proven track record of building and optimizing high-performing affiliate programs
• Experience integrating affiliate with influencer, social, and content marketing strategies
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; data-driven mindset with attention to ROI
• Ability to manage multiple projects and partners with a high level of organization
• Familiarity with niche fragrance communities is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

The expected base pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 , based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee perks/discounts.
