As our Product Sales Trainer, you won't just be teaching product knowledge; you'll be building the foundation of our sales culture across a thriving franchise network. Train & Develop

• Design and deliver comprehensive product training for new and existing franchisees on our complete line of window coverings; shutters, blinds, shades, and draperies
• Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions that transform product knowledge into sales confidence
• Develop training materials, product guides, and sales tools that franchisees can use in the field

Empower Sales Success

• Teach consultative selling techniques specific to the in-home window covering sales process
• Share best practices for measuring, presenting options, overcoming objections, and closing sales
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to help franchisees maximize their sales potential

Collaborate & Innovate

• Partner with our vendor partners to stay current on product innovations, features, and benefits
• Gather feedback from franchisees to continuously improve our training programs
• Contribute to the development of our franchise system's sales standards and processes

Travel & Connect

• Travel to franchise locations, regional meetings, and national conferences 
• Opportunity to conduct field ride-alongs to provide real-world coaching and reinforcement
• Build strong relationships across our franchise network
  

Industry Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in the window coverings industry with deep product knowledge across multiple categories
• Proven track record in window covering sales; you've been in the home, measured the windows, and closed the deal
• Understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and what drives purchasing decisions

Training & Communication Skills

• Previous experience training, coaching, or mentoring sales professionals (formal training experience is a plus)
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities; you can command a room and make complex concepts simple
• Ability to adapt your teaching style to different learning preferences and experience levels

• Genuine enthusiasm for window coverings (yes, we love this industry!)
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
