Job Description

We are a New York City-grown company and we’re currently looking for talent. We are seeking an reliable, trusting individual to join our Operations team as a Warehouse Manager . This is a 100% on-site role for our Warehouse located in: 693 Atkins Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208

The ideal candidate is proactive, fluent in Spanish, personable and ready to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to lead and support our key warehouse shift. 

We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a dynamic, fully hands-on position.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work fully on-site at our 693 Atkins Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208 warehouse.
• Must be able to commit to full time schedule 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday
• Should have 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory or any related field.
• Fluent/Conversational in Spanish (required) with excellent communication skills (Role involves relaying information in Spanish.)
• A college degree in any field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred, but not required.
• Computer proficiency is a must.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example.
• Must be punctual, dependable, detail oriented and a team player.
• Occasional overtime may be required during the busy season.

Compensation & Benefits for the First Year:

• Full time role
• Hourly Rate: $33.65/ hour
• Health insurance eligibility
• 3 weeks paid vacation per year (must be taken outside of July–September)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support warehouse team members during the day shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) while reinforcing best practices and SOPs.
• I nventory and Data Management.
• Ensure collaboration and regular updates from the other warehouse is provided.
• Actively work on the floor with pickers, packers, and loaders, especially during high-volume season.
• Ensure all items are picked, packed, labeled, and staged accurately and on schedule.
• Report Generation & Analysis.
• Order & Documentation Processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with other shifts and departments for smooth operational hand-offs.
• Identify and resolve order or inventory issues in real time, escalating when necessary.
