Elderwood at Cheektowaga skilled nursing facility is seeking Volunteers to join us.
We love our residents, and our residents love to shop! Our volunteers assist with the daily operations of our facility Gift Shop. We are looking for help on weekends, 11 AM - 2 PM and posssibly some help during the week.
Our Gift Shop proceeds support our residents!
Responsibilities:- Greeting and connecting with customers; residents, their loved ones, staff, and facility visistors.
- Accurate cash handling and product inventory using the POS system
Qualifications:Volunteers are subject to a criminal background check, drug screen, and health assessment prior to working in the facility with our residents.
