Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled visual communications professional to serve as the go-to expert for design and marketing to cover a leave of absence. This hands-on role focuses on project management and creative execution, working on various projects and with diverse stakeholders to develop visual concepts and designs. The contract runs from the end of year until Spring of 2026, with work hours from 8am–5pm, onsite in San Francisco, and alongside two other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary resource for visual communications and marketing initiatives
  • Manage and execute design projects across multiple mediums: print, brochures, presentations, websites, and environmental graphics
  • Jump into fast-paced situations and deliver high-quality creative solutions
  • Create original visual identities from concept to fruition, including mockups, stakeholder presentations, and multi-channel toolkits
  • Contribute to the design process, development, and production of custom print, digital, and environmental visual communications (strategic presentations, non-HTML websites, large-scale graphics, temporary signage, event communications, wayfinding, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience managing creative projects from concept to competition
  • Strong design skills and portfolio demonstrating expertise across all mediums (print, digital, web, presentations)
  • Advanced proficiency in design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office; After Effects and Premier Pro
  • Experience with online project management tool
  • Asana preferred
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field

Compensation:

$65/hr to $80/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
