Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Contract Analyst to join our centralized contract development and execution team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal contractual experience, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. This role involves significant data entry and validation responsibilities but does not require a law degree. You will play a key role in ensuring contracts and associated documents meet company standards and customer expectations, while facilitating cross-functional collaboration across multiple offices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, prepare, and execute standard form contract agreements and related documents in line with company templates, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external business teams to communicate standard processes and provide innovative contract development and execution solutions.
• Manage timelines and forecast deliverable schedules, resolving issues proactively to meet targets.
• Maintain a balance between production and quality assurance goals while delivering excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment involving contract teams located in various national offices.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate, contract administration, customer service/sales, or related business functions.
• Experience with real estate contract terms, conditions, and language specifically related to the cellular/telecommunications industry preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

• Solid understanding of contract law and ability to interpret contract language accurately.

Working Conditions:

• Work will be performed in a standard office environment with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
• Hybrid work schedule allowing remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office attendance Tuesday through Thursday.
