Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Manage HVAC/Mechanical construction projects
• Data Center Construction Experience required
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Oversee documentation: contracts, change orders, and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and specifications
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Mentor and lead project teams
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of HVAC/Mechanical project management experience
• Strong background in Data Center construction
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and building processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
