💰 Salary Range: $121,136 - $175,000 + Annual Bonus

🔍 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a dynamic team of 10-18 quality professionals
• Drive supplier quality strategy across a global network
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and innovation
• Champion quality systems in a shared services model
• Influence the future of quality operations in a rapidly evolving organization

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• 10+ years in supplier quality within medical device/pharma
• Deep knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, EU MDR, MDSAP, and more
• 5+ years of people leadership experience (local or remote teams)
• Proven success in long-term team development and collaboration
• Advanced skills in MasterControl, Compliance Wire, and Microsoft Office tools
• Lead Auditor Certification
