Registered Unlicensed Electrician certification is required.

Responsibilities Installation Execution
- Install residential solar PV systems, including racking, modules, and electrical components.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to complete installations safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Crew Support and Collaboration
- Support the Crew Lead and Electrician with feedback and assistance during installations.
- Follow guidance to maintain smooth workflow and project timelines.
Safety and Workplace Standards
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment, including preparation and clean-up of trucks and tools.
Customer Experience
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on-site.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Crew Lead.
Qualifications - 1+ years in the solar industry, preferred but not required.
- Knowledge with a wide range of residential solar products (inverters, modules, etc.)
- OSHA 10 certification or be able to obtain.
- A valid US driver’s license is required. The driver's license must be active for a minimum of 4 years.
- A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).
- A background check will be performed on all new hires.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with internal and external groups.
- Ability to think critically, problem solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements - Complete solar projects in a timely manner.
- Installing the required labels on solar system components and hardware.
- Willingness to travel within the state.
- Follow safety and company guidelines.
- Providing regular updates on job status, and completing necessary paperwork daily.
- Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
- Ability to be on your feet the entire day (which is often long).
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools.
- Ability to scale residential homes and work at all different heights.
