About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our growing digital design team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded designer with a strong background in mobile UX/UI design for B2C products and a passion for creating simple, intuitive, and modern user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft user-centered solutions that delight and engage millions of users.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end design for mobile experiences — from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and final implementation.
• Translate complex business and user needs into elegant, modern, and intuitive design solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design goals with business objectives.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and responsive web applications.
• Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and consistency across the product ecosystem.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Stay up to date with modern design trends, tools, and technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong focus on mobile products in the B2C space.
• Proven track record of designing modern, user-centered digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile design work and problem-solving across multiple projects.
• Proficiency with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with user research methods, data-driven design, and analytics.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus.
