We currently have a need for a Senior Project Manager for a variety of projects including health-care facilities throughout the Boston Metropolitan area.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA and Metro Park, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Project lead for both Design and Construction phases
  • Communicate directly with client, A/E team, Builder, stakeholders and user groups
  • Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of design and construction and all aspects of project
  • Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance
  • Monitor and track project budgets
  • Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed work
  • Manage project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders

Qualifications

  • Record of excellence in leading a minimum of five (5) health-care related projects representing the organizations' interests
  • Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related discipline
  • 10+ years’ experience in Project Management
  • Health-care facility renovation/construction experience
  • Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executives
  • Expertise in project administration for budget and schedule management
  • Strong technical and leadership expertise is needed
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
  • Strategic perspective and ingenuity for solving problems to avoid negative impacts
  • American Society of Health-care Engineers Health-care Construction Certification
