• Own your client relationships and deliver comprehensive plans that guide clients toward their financial goals.
• Partner with our internal support team to handle the operational, compliance, and application-heavy details, so you stay focused on what matters most: the client.
• Leverage our proven EASE process and firm-wide tools (including our robust AssetMark platform) to accelerate your success and scale your business.
• Work in a collaborative, team-driven environment where ideas are shared, growth is encouraged, and your success fuels the entire team’s momentum.

What You Bring

• You’re licensed (S7, S66, CA Insurance) and deeply proficient in financial planning and retirement strategies.
• You’re either a seasoned planner or a rising star with significant experience and an established client base. The thrill of building a practice and mentoring others excites you.
• You thrive in a culture of collaboration—your best ideas often come from working together, not alone.
• You use financial-planning software, and believe the client experience is everything!
