We’re partnering with an innovative healthcare organization to find a Senior Data Engineer who’s passionate about building scalable data platforms that support meaningful, real-world impact in healthcare.
This is a hybrid role based in Boston, offering the opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies while contributing to solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouses
- Work extensively within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Databricks
- Integrate and manage data from EPR/EMR and CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics, reporting, and data science initiatives
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across platforms
- Implement and support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Senior-level experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, and cloud-based data architectures
- Proven experience integrating data from EPR/EMR and CRM systems
- Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Experience designing and building enterprise data warehouses
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a strong plus
