A respected regional independent insurance agency in Miami-Dade County is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their in-house team. This is a full-time, onsite role, ideal for someone highly skilled in managing complex mid-to-large commercial accounts and who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment . You’ll work closely with producers and clients , providing top-tier service with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and strategic support .

Key Duties:

• Manage renewals 120–150 days in advance, including underwriting, marketing, and carrier communication
• Handle endorsements, billing, certificates, applications , and client documentation
• Review underwriting materials such as SOVs, ISO forms, and cost estimators
• Support account rounding , cross-selling, and strategic service initiatives
• Provide timely, professional service and educate clients on coverage and claims
• Create proposals , assist with claims intake , and maintain platform proficiency

Requirements:

• Active Florida Insurance License (2-20)
• 7+ years of commercial lines experience (mid-to-large accounts preferred)
• Knowledge of commercial lines coverage and underwriting practices
• Proficiency in agency systems (e.g., WorkSmart, BPR)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
