About Us:

We’re a cannabis-focused real estate firm with a portfolio of over $25 million in licenses, properties, and leases ready to move. We help investors, operators, and entrepreneurs buy and sell cannabis-zoned real estate across the U.S. As we expand, we’re looking for a high-energy, cold-call-driven sales rep to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced, high-volume outbound sales role designed for someone who thrives on the phone, making 150–200+ calls a day to warm and cold leads. You'll connect buyers and investors with cannabis-zoned real estate listings across the country. No real estate experience is required—but strong phone sales skills, resilience, and a competitive mindset are must-haves.

What You’ll Do:

• Make 150–200 outbound sales calls daily to prospective real estate buyers and investors.
• Qualify leads and match them with cannabis properties and licenses from our active listings.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads from marketing and lead gen campaigns.
• Pass qualified prospects to senior closers—or grow into a deal-closer yourself.
• Update our CRM daily with call activity, notes, and lead statuses.
• Collaborate with acquisitions and marketing teams to help drive property sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume B2B sales, cold calling , or sales development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable working the phone all day.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player
