Sales Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and controls, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients. The primary objective of this role is to support the sales team by providing expert knowledge on HVAC solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers regarding HVAC systems and controls.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients to showcase HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for new business development.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to clients.
- Assist in the identification of customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to effectively position our products in the market.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
