Sales & Leasing Coordinator – St. Petersburg, FL

Are you a people person with a passion for sales, problem-solving, and building community? We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Sales & Leasing Coordinator at a growing commercial property in St. Pete.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or similar
  • A naturally people-first, outgoing personality – someone tenants and teammates love working with
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and juggling multiple tasks
  • Interest in growing in real estate/property management
  • High school diploma required; real estate license or coursework is a plus

What You’ll Do:

Leasing & Sales

  • Conduct property tours and showcase available spaces to prospective tenants
  • Handle leasing inquiries, applications, and assist with move-ins/move-outs
  • Help maintain listings, ads, and leasing reports
  • Support lease renewals and coordinate with the broader property team

Community Engagement

  • Build great relationships with tenants and serve as their go-to contact
  • Support community initiatives, events, and help maintain a welcoming vibe across the property
  • Handle questions and service issues with professionalism and care

Property Operations Support

  • Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams as needed
  • Assist with general property oversight and ensure the property looks and feels its best
  • Stay on top of key updates, tasks, and communications to keep things running smoothly
