They're now hiring a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in technical client environments and wants to help shape how success is delivered in a scaling organization.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of ~20-30 data-driven SaaS customers
- Lead onboarding, training, and product adoption strategy for both technical and business users
- Conduct regular QBRs and success planning sessions with key stakeholders
- Monitor product usage, flag risks early, and drive expansion where there's clear business value
- Partner with Product & Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap
- Help build scalable CS processes and playbooks as the company grows
We're Looking For
- 2-5 years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions role at a SaaS company
- Experience supporting technical users (data analysts, analytics engineers, RevOps, etc.)
- You understand the balance of value, retention, and growth
- Highly organized, strong communicator, and confident leading client conversations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-to-mid stage environment where things move quickly
- Bonus: Familiarity with modern data stack tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Looker, or Segment
