Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Roofing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial roofing projects, with a strong focus on waterproofing and low slope roofing systems. The Roofing Installer will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, durability, and quality of roofing installations for diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities - Install roofing systems on commercial and industrial buildings according to specifications and safety standards.
- Perform inspections and assessments of existing roofs to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Work with various roofing materials, including low slope and sheet metal roofing, to deliver high-quality installations.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local government regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Roofing Installer in commercial and industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, waterproofing techniques, and installation best practices.
- Ability to work at heights and operate necessary equipment safely.
- Familiarity with local building codes and government regulations pertaining to roofing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
