About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Smartech, you will play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences. Your mission? Engage with customers, provide expert product recommendations, and ensure every visitor leaves with a positive impression. Beyond sales, you’ll support the store’s operations, help maintain visual merchandising excellence, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-first environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience:

• Provide a warm welcome to customers and offer personalized product recommendations.
• Create a dynamic and engaging shopping experience through knowledgeable and friendly service.
• Maintain a visually appealing, clean, and organized store environment.

Sales & Service:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of products and effectively communicate their value to customers.

Operational Support:

• Assist with merchandising, product displays, and promotional activities.
• Support store operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

• Start Date: 14th July
• Salary: $17 /hr
• Other Pay: Monthly Commissions and Daily Bonuses
• Location: Times Square, New York City
