Position: Restoration Project Manager

Location: McFarland, WI

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite - Direct hire)

Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 per year (based on experience)

Note: Candidates with any felony or criminal background will not be considered, as per client requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for new restoration projects.
• Estimate property damage involving water, sewage, mold, and fire, and secure project contracts.
• Prepare estimates using Xactimate .
• Oversee mitigation and rebuild processes for multiple projects.
• Manage teams involved in mitigation and reconstruction.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients throughout the project.
• Ensure quality control and maintain attention to detail on all projects.
• Work independently or as part of a team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restoration Project Manager.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage.
• Experience estimating with Xactimate required.
• Must be willing to relocate or commute to McFarland, WI.
