Job Title: Replenishment Analyst

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Replenishment Analyst, Supply Chain Management or Retail.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in analysis of product inventory reconciliation and replenishment. Retail or CPG experience is desirable.
• English Required
• Spanish Required

Key job accountabilities:

• Report and manage Finished Goods (No home) and product shortage reports daily to assist in reducing aging products at the DC level.
• Prepares and assists in developing presentations and reports for weekly leadership meeting, providing actionable insights on inventory, replenishment, and supply chain performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams — supply planning, logistics/warehouse, replenishment, and sales to align replenishment plans for potential increased inventories and/or shortages.
• Provides ongoing support to the replenishment team by assisting with ad-hoc and routine analyses, ensuring data-driven decisions for inventory management and product availability.
