Position Overview:

We are seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor for a full-time, hybrid position based in Houston, TX. This role offers a mix of on-site responsibilities and work-from-home flexibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and sealing residential and commercial surveying projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and certify various types of survey deliverables
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
• Collaborate with field crews and office staff to coordinate project execution
• Maintain detailed and accurate project records
• Provide expert input for client consultations and project planning.

Survey Types You Will Oversee:

1. Topographic Surveys
2. Boundary Surveys
3. Elevation Certificates
4. Construction Surveys
5. ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys

Qualifications:

• Active Texas RPLS license required
• Proven experience in both residential and commercial survey projects
• Strong understanding of state and local surveying regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with surveying software and CAD tools preferred
