The new MedStar Health Internal Resource Pool is your chance to make an impact across multiple top-tier hospitals while enjoying a schedule that works for you!You will have the opportunity to float to the ICU and IMC units at least three of the following hospitals: MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital MedStar Harbor Hospital MedStar Montgomery Medical Center MedStar Union Memorial Hospital Enjoy a set base rate, hourly shift incentive and additional pay for Charge/Preceptor shifts. PRN Requirements: Four 12-hour shifts per 6-week schedule Two of the 4 shifts are weekend or night shifts per 6-week schedule 1 holiday a year 1 hard-to-fill shift per year Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs--from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Qualifications ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required. 2+ years of RN experience required; two plus years of RN experience in ICU units strongly preferred.
