What Your Day Looks Like:
- Source Top Talent : Use job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to find professionals like Behavior Techs, Paraeducators, LVNs, School Psychologists, and Special Education Teachers.
- Connect with Candidates: Manage outreach, interviews, and follow-ups daily, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Build Relationships: Stay in touch with placed professionals to ensure their success and satisfaction.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proven Experience: At least two years in staffing or recruitment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting; experience in educational services is a plus.
